If there's an interruption in your internet connection while using the ImagineCare app, you may receive a purple "internet connection" error message. This message should disappear on its own once your connection resumes. If it does not, try the following:
- Close the app and open it again to see if this resolves the issue.
- Next, try force quitting the app and reopening it.
If you are on iOS, force quit by double clicking your home button to display all open apps. Touch the IC app and swipe up to quit it.
If you are on Android, force quit by opening the Settings app on your mobile device. Scroll down and tap on Application Manager. Select ImagineCare from your list of installed apps and tap "Force stop".
